The China ASEAN Expo (hereinafter referred to as the East China Expo) is an international economic and trade event jointly hosted by the competent economic and trade departments of the governments of China and the 10 ASEAN countries and the ASEAN Secretariat and hosted by Guangxi. It has been successfully held for 16 times so far. It has promoted and witnessed the continuous enrichment of the connotation of the China ASEAN strategic partnership, the rapid improvement of the level of economic and trade cooperation and the increasingly close people to people and non-governmental exchanges, It has played an important role in serving the construction of the "the Belt and Road".

April 2017, In February 2014, the state identified the East China Expo as "a forum and exhibition with special international influence" and "a key foreign-related forum and exhibition held at the national level", becoming one of the first-class exhibitions in three countries.

一、The East China Expo is a high-end platform for gathering consensus and docking development strategies

Leaders and ministerial dignitaries of China and ASEAN countries attend each East China Expo. Closely following the development process of the strategic partnership between the two sides, the exhibition focused on cooperation hotspots, arranged high-level friendly exchange activities such as leaders' opening meeting speeches, leaders' meetings, ministerial consultations, theme country activities, political and business dialogue, and promoted policy communication, enhanced strategic mutual trust and served the construction of China ASEAN Community of shared future through colorful activities such as "charming city", economic and trade cooperation and people to people and cultural exchanges.

 

二、The East China Expo is an effective platform to serve the construction of China ASEAN Free Trade Area and the implementation of trade and investment facilitation

The Expo will focus on the construction process of China ASEAN Free Trade Area and the economic development level, resource endowment, industrial structure and industrial characteristics of China and ASEAN countries, highly concentrate the information of enterprises, commodities, projects and funds of various countries, promote the investment and trade facilitation of China ASEAN Free Trade Area from the government level to the enterprise level, and let enterprises directly enjoy the tax reduction Various facilitation measures, such as customs clearance facilitation, have continuously obtained business opportunities in international production capacity cooperation, cross-border park construction, cross-border financial innovation and cross-border e-commerce, reached a large number of major projects such as "two countries and two parks" between China and Malaysia, and practically promoted the construction of China ASEAN Free Trade Area.

 

三、The East China Expo is an important driving force for promoting cooperation in various fields and deepening all-round and in-depth exchanges

According to the needs of the construction of the "the Belt and Road", the East China Expo held a series of conferences and forums, covering more than 40 fields, such as customs, inspection and quarantine, finance, ports, logistics, culture, science and technology, education, etc. it achieved ministerial consultations, dialogue and communication among government officials, entrepreneurs, experts and scholars, and celebrities from all walks of life, established a multi field cooperation mechanism, and led the China ASEAN Information Port China ASEAN port city cooperation network, China ASEAN technology transfer center, China ASEAN entrepreneurs Federation, China ASEAN Youth Association, China ASEAN education and training center and other major projects have been implemented, becoming a "Nanning channel" with strong authority and high recognition for China ASEAN multi field cooperation.

 

四、The East China Expo is an important link for China and ASEAN to strengthen cooperation with economies outside the region and integrate into the global value chain

The East China Expo is based on China ASEAN cooperation and is open to the world. Since 2014, the East China International Fair has established a special partner mechanism, inviting countries outside the region to act as special partners each year, and holding special economic and trade exchange activities respectively. The East China International Fair has expanded from serving "10+1" to serving along the "the Belt and Road". The East China Expo has strengthened cooperation with the world trade organization. The World Trade Organization and the United Nations International Trade Center have become the supporting units of the East China Expo. Heads of international organizations such as the world trade organization, the world bank, the United Nations Conference on Trade and development and the United Nations Industrial Development organization attended the previous East China Expo. The East China Expo has attracted more and more enterprises from outside the region to participate in the Expo, promoted China and ASEAN to participate in international economic cooperation as a whole, and improved their influence in the world.

Submission of application materials - review by the Organizing Committee - selection of booth - payment of exhibition expenses - confirmation of booth

If cash payment form is used, the original of "cash payment form" must be sent to the on-site charging point of the Exhibition Department of the organizing committee within 5 working days and an official invoice must be issued.

When the audience arrives at the scene, please apply for admission free of charge with the invitation letter of the audience and 3 business cards of your own industry. For temporary visitors, please register at the relevant counter according to the instructions and buy tickets before exchanging your visit card. When entering the site, please hang your pass on your chest and cooperate with the staff to check and scan.
