Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center is located in the central area of the city, covering an area of 220000 square meters, 540 meters in length from east to west, 282 meters in width from north to south, and 60 meters in total height. It has six floors above the ground and three floors underground. Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center has exhibition and conference functions at the same time. There are 8 exhibition halls, 25 conference halls, 3 catering areas and excellent supporting services, which can meet the different needs of holding various exhibitions and activities; It also provides all-round support for business activities.

Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center is located at the southern end of the axis of the urban central area. It is a landmark building of CBD and echoes CBD. 1. Exhibition application:

The products exhibited comply with the provisions of the exhibition scope.

2. Confirmation of exhibitors:

If the exhibitor applies for participation on his own initiative, the application shall be submitted to the organizer for instructions, and only the application with the official seal of the exhibitor is valid.

3. Payment:

The exhibitor shall pay the exhibition payment according to the payment period specified by the organizer. After the exhibition payment is received, the organizer shall mail the official invoice of the corresponding payment to the exhibitor.

4. Cancellation of exhibition agreement:

The request for cancellation of the exhibition agreement must be notified to the organizer in writing (email, fax, etc.). After receiving the request, the organizer will make a reply on whether to accept or not according to the specific situation.

5. Reduction of booth area:

After the entry into force of the exhibition agreement, if the exhibitor wants to reduce the area of the booth, the organizer will make a reply whether to accept or not according to the situation after receiving the written request of the exhibitor for the reduction of the booth. On the premise that the organizer agrees to accept the request for the reduction of the booth, the organizer will charge 10% of the total amount of the exhibition before the change of the booth as a penalty.

6. Booth allocation:

The organizer shall make overall arrangement and allocation of booths according to the overall exhibition branch scheme, special area setting and the time of exhibitors' registration, and try to meet the reasonable requirements of exhibitors for booths if possible.
