"Harbin International Trade Fair" was founded in 1990, and is one of the earliest and more consecutive foreign economic and trade fairs held in China. In 2013, with the approval of the State Council, the "Kazakhstan International Trade Fair" was upgraded and renamed as the China Russia Expo. As a locally hosted exhibition, the "Kazakhstan International Trade Fair" brand was retained. Through long-term accumulation and continuous efforts, the Harbin International Trade Fair attracts a large number of merchants every year, becoming a golden card for Heilongjiang's foreign economic and trade activities. From June 15 to 19, 2021, the 31st Kazakhstan International Trade Fair was successfully held in the form of "combining exhibition online and activity online and offline". The virtual exhibition hall has a total exhibition area of 30000 square meters, with a total of 6.86 million people from 40 countries and regions attending the exhibition on the cloud. A total of 14 online activities were held, with 13.2 million people participating online. According to incomplete statistics, there were 138 travel cooperation projects during the conference, with a total amount of 30.911 billion yuan, of which 11.92 billion yuan was signed and 18.991 billion yuan was intended for cooperation, successfully assisting enterprises in the Longjiang region to develop foreign trade during the epidemic.

Harbin International Conforence Exhibition and Sports Center was built in 2004, covering a total area of 63 hectares and a total construction area of 400000 square meters. It is located in the northeast of Harbin's most modern urban style and charm economic and technological development zone, at the intersection of Hongqi Street and Changjiang Road, adjacent to the downtown area. The transportation network extends in all directions, 5 kilometers from the railway station and only 40 minutes from the Taiping Airport.

The exhibition will include digital product manufacturing, software and information technology, industrial digital application, biological medicine, biological agriculture, biological energy, biological environmental protection, ice and snow sports, ice and snow equipment, ice and snow tourism, ice and snow culture, etc.

On June 19, 2021, the 31st Kazakhstan International Trade Fair, with the theme of "science and technology enabling a new era and building a new pattern together", officially closed in five days. For the first time, cloud signing was achieved at this Kazakhstan International Trade Fair. According to incomplete statistics, a total of 27 projects were signed with a contract amount of 12 billion yuan.

According to Wang Yingchun, Deputy Secretary-General of the Executive Committee of the Thirty-first Kazakhstan International Trade Fair and President of the Heilongjiang Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the opening ceremony and the tour hall of this Kazakhstan International Trade Fair first adopted the form of "cloud conference" and "cloud tour hall", which shortened the distance between time and space, and gathered friends from all over the world. 1900 people from relevant co-organizers, domestic and foreign exhibition organizations, and exhibitors of the Kazakhstan International Trade Fair attended the opening ceremony online, and more than 500000 people from relevant provincial departments and bureaus, cities and prefectures organized enterprises to watch the opening ceremony on the cloud of the Kazakhstan International Trade Fair online (including looking back).

The total area of the online virtual exhibition hall of this Harbin International Trade Fair is about 30000 square meters, which is one of the exhibitions with a large area of virtual exhibition hall built by the world exhibition industry using U3D technology. This Kazakhstan International Trade Fair continued to make efforts in gathering popularity and improving the degree of internationalization, attracting 1793 enterprises from 28 countries and regions including Russia, Azerbaijan, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Laos, Nepal, Pakistan, Romania, 26 provinces and cities including Shanghai, Chongqing, Jiangsu, Sichuan, Shenzhen, Xiamen, and 13 cities in the province to participate in the exhibition, exhibiting high-end equipment, intelligent manufacturing, new materials 5750 products in 59 categories, including food processing and packaging machinery, traditional Chinese medicine, digital products, green food, high-end consumer goods, etc.

3. Certificate handling:

①Exhibition certificates: 3 exhibition certificates are issued for each standard booth (including 9 ㎡ bare space), and 6 exhibition certificates are issued for each 50 ㎡ outdoor exhibition.

② Move-in and move-out certificate: 30 yuan will be charged for each card (note: during move-in and move-out period, the exhibitors will use the exhibition card to move-in and move-out).

③The move-in and move-out vehicle certificate: It is only used by exhibitors for move-in and move-out transport vehicles, and the cost of each certificate is 50 yuan.

4. Move-in and move-out:

① From June 10 to June 14, special booth construction and exhibition arrangement.

From June 12 to June 14, the standard booth will be arranged.

At 12:00 on June 14, the museum was closed for security inspection.

The exhibition will be withdrawn from 15:00 on June 19 to 18:00 on June 20.

② The construction of special booth shall be subject to the access mechanism, which shall be implemented in accordance with the Administrative Measures for Decoration Design and Construction of Harbin International Trade Fair. For details, please visit the official website.

③The construction of special booth must comply with the relevant regulations on fire safety, adopt the off-site molding and on-site assembly methods, and the construction height shall not exceed 6 meters.

④ For the construction of standard booth, please submit the floor plan of booth construction or schematic diagram of panel disassembly to the organizing committee before May 20. After May 20, if the construction needs to be changed, an application must be submitted to the organizing committee for approval before implementation, and the cost will be paid separately.

⑤ The exhibition arrangement shall not occupy the audience passage and public space, and shall not block the fire-fighting facilities. Exhibition waste and packaging materials shall be removed from the exhibition hall in time.

⑥ Exhibits should be arranged before the opening of the exhibition. If additional exhibits are needed during the exhibition, they should be completed within the designated time period. Exhibits will not be added at the non-designated time.
