一、base Overview

Laixi Poultry and Meat Products base is located in the western part of Qingdao urban area, distributed within 40 square kilometers. There are currently more than 30 production and supporting enterprises such as Jiulian Group, Wanfu Refrigeration, Liuhe Wanfu, and Wanxie Food. In 2012, there were over 28000 employees, achieving a production value of 12.75 billion yuan and an export value of 229 million US dollars.

二、Software and hardware supporting facilities

The base has well-equipped infrastructure including water, electricity, gas, heat, roads, and sewage treatment. It has 6 high-grade highways, 2 thermal power plants, and 2 sewage treatment plants, with a daily sewage treatment capacity of 80000 tons. Central heating, gas supply, and water supply are fully covered. The power grid has a power supply capacity of 400000 KW and can provide voltage levels of 110KV, 35KV, and 10KV, achieving uninterrupted and safe power supply with dual circuits. The natural gas supply capacity is 2 million cubic meters per day.

We have 55 high-level professional talents, 2447 professional practitioners, 2 national laboratories, 1 research and development center, and 1 Qingdao municipal technology center. We have conducted comprehensive skill training, with over 25000 professional and technical trainees in the past three years.

In the past three years, we have invested 670 million yuan and implemented 28 technical transformation projects. Introduce the world's highest level broiler cooked food processing equipment from the Netherlands and Japan, and build 5 broiler cooked food processing plants with an annual processing capacity of 100000 tons; We have formulated 2 national industry technical standards, developed over 200 new products, obtained 4 patents, 1 first prize for scientific and technological achievements in Qingdao, and 1 first prize for scientific and technological progress; The deep processing rate of chicken products reaches over 70%.

三、Industrial chain and quality management

 Laixi's poultry processing industry chain has a clear division of labor, forming an industrial pattern focusing on poultry cooked food processing, integrating feed processing, breeding poultry, broiler breeding, slaughtering, processing, storage and transportation, scientific research and development, technical testing, sales services, import and export business.

All processing enterprises in the base have passed ISO9000 certification, all breeding enterprises have passed GAP certification, and all chicken product processing factories have passed HACCP certification. Among them, Jiulian Group has passed export registration in countries and regions such as Japan, the European Union, Canada, Chile, Malaysia, etc. Every chicken slaughtered by Jiulian Group comes from its own modern breeding base, with drug residue control and processing hygiene standards that fully exceed the requirements of Japan and the European Union.
